AVG Login Link Broken

Could you please help fix the login to AVG website as well as refunding partial amount, if possible? I've been trying to get into my account since Friday 07/12/2019 on Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox due to receiving an email from AVG that I had a few days left to renew where there was a 10% discount. I also received an email from my bank that AVG charged in full without a discount. This morning, I used my phone to reset my password where I found my new activation code, but it does work when entering on my computer. At this point, all I could do at this point is to sign in through the Community Help page, but it doesn't actually let me go into my AVG account. If you could help that would be much appreciated. Thanks.
