AVG makes printer offline

1. Are you able to access printer when you disable AVG Internet Security?
2. Confirm the version of operating system installed in your device.
3. Confirm the version of AVG Internet Security installed in it.
4. Try to disable AVG components one by one and check which one causing it.

This is a recurring problem.  I need to know how to fix it once and for all.  When my computer updates or restarts the printer is offline again.  I had the AVG tech fix it once and then I got a new update requiring a restart and the printer is offline again.
