AVG making my internet slow

We are sorry that AVG Internet Security unlimited is slowing the connection with Webcam. Please try to follow the below steps and check if issue persists.
1. Please open AVG Zen and click on 'Internet Security' component in it.
2. In AVG Internet Security window, please click on 'Menu' button and select 'Settings' option.
3. In the right pane, select 'components' option and scroll down to go to firewall component.
4. Click on 'Customize' option next to trigger button in Firewall component and select 'Network profiles' in the right pane of the firewall settings window.
5. Then change the network profiles from 'Public' to 'Private' and click 'OK' to save changes.
Please let us know the status of issue after following above steps, so that we can check and assist you further.

Hey all

I got a problem i realy want to fix. I got avg internet security and when i boardcast in twitch or want to see another persons webcam to be a guest on my twitch. It's so slow in connecting. And when it do connect the fps is so slow.

So if i disable avg it works fine, So what is the problem in avg?

My system is i7, 32gb ram, ssd, sli gtx780ti and gigabit fiber internet.

Hoping some one or even a support know what to change or turn off in avg so i can get back on track.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please go to control panel -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs-> and check if there are two AVG Protection programs installed in your PC. If so, please try to uninstall older version of AVG using AVG remover tool ( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ) and get back to us if the issue persists. So that we will check and assist you further.
