I have used AVG & a paid version of Malwarebytes, running side by side for a number of years, yesterday 5/10/17 they suddenly became incompatible, & was told by AVG that Malwarebytes needed to be removed.
I have now lost 7 months of paid cover, my question is:-
Is the AVG cover given me what I previously had with Malwarebytes? & can I have proof of what my cover now incorporates. (No mention of a refund of the lost cover was forthcoming)
Needless to say the follow up phone call, asking for how satisfied I was with the service yesterday,
was met with disdain.

I understand your concern. Please be informed that the latest version of AVG will conflict with other security products. We do not have an option to cover up the subscription for Malwarebytes. However, the latest version of AVG protects your computer from all malwares and ransomwares. We have added additional features like ransomware protection and webcam protection which will give you an additional protection.
