Due to recent update with our AVG programs, we made this changes and removed AVG main dashboard as per recommendations received from our valuable customers.
We cannot monitor other devices remotely in the latest version. The only way is to check the AVG program directly on that particular PC and see if they are activated.
We have escalated your concern to our developer's team. They will check with it to find the best solution and release an update soon. Your patience is much appreciated.
How do I verify each install's status such as when the last scan was run or if there are any virus-related issues?
Thank-you. I believe AVG tricked me into purchasing the license with the promise of the core existing features which included the Zen functionality at that time. The entire reason I purchased the Ultimate was to be able to monitor my family's various computers and run scans remotely.
I am very surprised and disappointed to see that this is how you treat your customers.

How do I send an email to someone so they can be managed by me at my computer?
Thanks. I would only send the feedback if I actually wanted to continue to use the software. I am certain AVG knew what they were doing when they removed it. For several years I have encouraged my extended contacts/family to use the software precisely b/c of the feature that AVG has now eliminated. I am not looking forward to getting the phone calls about their dissatisfaction with my recommendation.
