I understand the inconvenience.
Please be informed that, AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen) was removed in the 17.9 version release.
The console is no longer available and you will not be able to add and manage devices like before.
However, you can still install and activate the paid subscription on compatible devices using AVG my account credentials.

i am using avg internet security unlimited. i have created a network with several computers in it. now  i can no longer see the mangement console window… as such cannot add device nor monitor previously added device
