Hello Ellen,

I understand your concern. Please open AVG Internet Security, click the home button on the top right to open AVG Zen console. On the Zen console, you will have AVG Secure VPN and Password Protection tile. Please click on that and starting installing those products.

If you face any difficulties, please let me know.

I have three AVG products, but VPN and Password Protect are fairly new, however neither product is "activated" and there is no "management console" when I open my AVG desktop icon to enable me to click on the tiles.  I have Windows 7XP and Firefox.
