Please disable AVG temporarily on your computer and check if you are able to access websites.

To disable AVG temporarily, please right click on the AVG icon present at the bottom right corner of your desktop(System Tray) and use the slider to "Disable Protection".

If the issue persists, it seems that AVG is not causing this security settings on your computer.

I.E says security setting is too low and I can't get past the block although I E  has an option to change the settings to allow access to safe sites. I can only guess which program is causing the block.  If it's AVG and cannot allow the option I will have to take AVG off my computer as I have a costly subscription to the site and cant use it  which I need badly . Posting this question  risks attracting hackers.
