We are sorry to hear that.  From the pop-up message you have mentioned, it seems that you have installed AVG Secure VPN trial version installed in your computer. Could you please check if you have AVG Secure VPN installed in your computer? Please go to control Panel and check if you have AVG Secure VPN installed, if you have installed, please uninstall the same and check if you are able to access Internet and update AVG.

I had a message from AVG saying others could see me online. I had a choice to ignore or block. I chose to block now I can't access avg update, google Tec. PC is now running slow.
