AVG messed up my email

I wrote this yesterday:
I open a new blank email and click on 'To' and my contact list comes up empty. Please fix this or give me my money back.
Then I got this reply:

Did you made any recent changes with AVG TuneUp?
How do you suspect that AVG is causing the issue?

My reply to you Santhosh is: all I did was install the app on my desktop per its installation instructions. Since then many things seem to be running and opening slower and as I stated above, my contact list comes up empty when trying to address emails. One final complaint is this system of communicating. You are able to send me emails but I'm not able to respond to them, so I had to go through your login password baloney twice to get to this part here…then I had to go back in my emails and cut and paste the original conversation here to get some continuity to our current conversation. This is a very stupid system of communication. It's taken me 20 minutes to say something that takes 20 seconds to say.
