AVG missing files?

I am running Windows 10. When I start my machine I get an error message for AVUIRUNNERX.EXE saying I'm missing MSVCR110.dll, and for AVGUIX.EXE saying I am missing MSVCP110.dll.

I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling which didnt work. I have tried the AVG remover tool which also didnt work. I get the same error message.

Please help!
