I've tried with 3 diferent smartphones, and they say that can't contact my cellphone.

I have a related problem, Julianna.
My newest Android phone gets listed, as expected at AVG.MyAccounts. Our 6 month old phone, which originally was listed at that same site, now appears at my.avg.com. I thought I had downloaded a 30-day free trial of Secure VPN. I accessed and have been using it successfully on our Win 10 PCs. In a way I do not understand, after only 15 days, our Google Playstore account charged us $24.99 for one year subscription. I had no objection to the subscription, except I did not get an opportunity to download anything to our two Android devices. There is no instruction as tom how to get our paid-for one year subsription to VPN downloaded to our Android devices. The extra difficulty is that somehow they somehow got registered to two different AVG sites. How can I download an app to two different AVG sites that apparently do not communicate with each other. And my.avg.com wants to be Dutch with links to the overall corporation Avast. What a bloody nightmare!
