Avg mobile anti-virus

I already tried to email the support email address from my phone about the problem and attaching this screenprint, but the email was returned "undelivered". Perhaps the old support address I have is no longer valid. I had written…
I pay for AVG internet security pro to cover all my devices. On my android phone it appears to have reverted to free version & asking me to upgrade to pro. I'm attaching screenprint of what i see when i try to get into my avg app on phone. 
The AVG cleaner app did similar to this a few days ago - but that seemed to have been quickly corrected. But the main avg security app has been like this for at least 2 days now.

 

Well mine is still not resolved.
Like Pamela, I am by now really tired of all this messing about. It's unacceptable. Every time I go to the apps on my phone (both the anti-virus app and the cleaner app) it has reverted again to the free versions, with the ads etc. Now managed to locate the email contact form after seeming to have gone around in an online-links-loop over and over again until found it - and sent a complaint via the online form - from my phone. With this ongoing unresolving problem, how do we even trust that the anti-virus scanning and clean-ups are even working properly?

It sounds like AVG are having massive problems with their licencing for the Android products.  I am having the same issues.

DEAR AVG:  YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLETELY FED UP WITH THESE ISSUES OF PAYING FOR PRO BUT ONLY GETTING THE FREE VERSION.  Y'ALL NEED TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND GIVE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS A FREE YEAR OF PRO COVERAGE.  I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 3 DAYS AND SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS BACK/FORTH, TO NO AVAIL!!!

Y'ALL NEED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM TODAY, OR I WANT A REFUND!!!

i am tired of this i have the PAID version if this is not resolved today i am CANCELLING this license i did not pay this kind of money for this to keep happening over and over again

i did the same thing as above i also have avg PAID security on my laptop 5 YEARS i had this and i NEVER had these many issues why do they not have a direct number to call about mobile seriously i WILL NOT continue to pay for this

Feedback, for the record, the problems with the android app seem to have been resolved now - on my phone anyway, fingers crossed.

I am very sorry for such destabilizing encounters you have been faced with. 
I can see that you have submitted your request to our mobile team regarding this issue. The AVG Cleaner activation problem is a known bug and It should be fixed in 4.7.0 version.  But the release day is not known yet unfortunately. Also, you will receive an email from our mobile team as soon as possible regarding this case.

Have the same problem for over 2 months, avg no help or even replies. Paid for pro for added protection not to get ripped off by avg.
