AVG Mobile Multi Application Programs?

This isn't the experience we want you to have and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. From your account, I see that you have paid for AVG Cleaner and AVG Antivirus pro, you don't have to run four apps on your mobile. I would request you to uninstall and reinstall AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner app once. This will reset the configuration of the app to defaults and you will be installed with the latest version of the app.

Once after reinstallation, check the status of the app you were facing trouble with. To uninstall the AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner app, navigate to the location mentioned below: Launch device settings -> Applications/Apps -> Manage applications -> AVG Antivirus/AVG Cleaner -> Uninstall.

Hello AVG God,

Can you help with your software? It appears that your phone help technical support people are not able to fix my issue and have directed me to this site?.

I have a AVG, PRO Protection, AVG Cleaner and AVG AntiVirus Free version on my mobile phone.
I liked what the free version did so I brought the PRO version via Googleplay , I noticed the vault would not work so I had to unfortunately keep the free version too.

I have also paid for the AVG Clean up that was supposed to work in the PRO version and that now t Totals to three AVG programs running at the same time. I just tested the mobile find my phone option/feature, and its asking for yet another download of the updated version.

What should be an all in one Application with the AVG PRO has turned out to be a Professional nightmare running FOUR AVG Programs sucking up my phone memory and space and thats not to mention the confusion of not being able to recognize or access my vault when I use the PRO version.
Can the  Gods of AVG look at this issue and solve it?
Please let me know if you do not have the capability and I will seek a refund and try another AntiVirus service.

Please re-install AVG Antivirus and AVG Cleaner app from your device Google play store, by following the steps listed below:
1. Open Google Play on your device.
2. On left-side, tap the drawer, and login with your email address.
3. Tap on the "Accounts", select the "Subscriptions" and locate the apps you have purchased.
4. Locate and install the products. Your app will automatically convert to PRO version. Note that it takes up to 24 hours to change to PRO version.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
