I have tried to get the situation resolved where I paid £18.99 for one year subscription but cannot use the app not did I get a free trial beforehand. I have been directed to a various AVG locations but go round and round getting nowhere. I therefore wish to cancel my subscription and have the amount paid on 2 July 20 refunded.
