Hello,

I didn’t know how to create a new ticket via email so I’m posting on here. I was charged yesterday for the 1 year subscription for the avg mobile security I bought via App Store. When I clicked on my subscriptions under my profile, it said charged March 29, which is normal. However when I went to the actual AVG mobile security app, I saw I have a “premium” subscription and it said it will automatically renew August 2025. I already got charged yesterday (renewed) so was wondering how come the app itself said it will renew on August when I already got charged? Am I going to be charged again?

Do you know how to contact AVG support via email? I can’t seem to create a new ticket, and when I go to contact, I followed the steps but all it showed was their phone number. I wanna email, not call. I can’t find an email option

Calling wouldn’t help you anyways, they dont answer their calls. Get a hold of them on Facebook messenger, its the only way I was able to get a hold of them
