AVG moved MRT to Quarantine because of infection Genieo, but can't find or delete it

Hi,

Just got as of today every 5 seconds an alert from AVG saying: "We've moved MRT to your Quarantine because it was infected with MacOS:Genieo-FM[Adw.]. How do I delete this virus?
