AVG msg says No longer Protected but I have 12 mnth subs?

I will assist you further with the activation of AVG Internet Security.

You have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security valid till 2019.7.8.

Open AVG Internet Security, click on "My AVG->My Subscriptions".

From here logout from your AVG account and remove the license(Ignore the message that the subscription will be downgraded to free).

Restart your computer, open AVG Internet Security->My Menu->My Subscriptions".

From here enter the license number you have and activate the product.

This will activate the product to pro version.

I have been trying to contact AVG Tech and Sales support via request contact forms, but just get rotating LOADING symbol and nothing progresses. I purchased Internet Security in June 2018 for 12 months, but the AVG pop up msg says I was using a Trial one that expires today. Difficult to get help from AVG if they do not come on line in chat? I am in Aust.
