AVG multi device signed up to on 12th October 2020

Probably, this could have happened due to strict settings enabled on AVG Firewall which would have blocked the communication.

I purchased the AVG Multi device ( reference code removed) on 12th October 2020 but it completely cocked up my Soundtouch 10 and prevented me from accessing my Music Library on Itunes.  I have now de-installed this AVG product which I mistakenly thought would add to my laptop use.  I have AVIRA laptop security which does not have any adverse effects.  I would very much appreciate a reimbursement of my £29.99 subscription minus any possible admin charges
Advice to any Soundtouch owners -  DON'T buy this product as Soundtouch music library becomes a not starter.  Thanks  Paul Emanuel
