We are sorry to know that you are unable to open AVG TuneUp. We'll certainly check and help you out.
In rare cases, AVG applications may fail to load and display one of the error message. This issue may be the result of conflicts with Windows services configuration. Ensure that the relevant Windows services are set to run automatically, or repair and reinstall the product by following the steps in the following article: Troubleshooting when AVG applications fail to load (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=Troubleshoot-Embarrassing-AVG-UI-Failed-load&supportType=home)

just run avg tune up

but it wont load
