Hello my name is Manfred, please help us with following matter. We paid on 21.12. 2022 20licenses for AVG protection, after checking on 4th of January we paid another 5 licenses, becaues we had more pc and NTB as used 20  and the order made a degradation to 5 and 17 is now unprotected, can you please change it?

order nr. in december is: (Order number redacted) 21.12.2022
order in january 2023 is: (Order number redacted)  04.1.2023

Now we have only  licenses instead of 25. Is urgent pleas!!!
