AVG My Account does not show recently bought subscription

Hi there,
I bought a 2-year AVG Anti-virus subscription for one pc on 10/08/15. I entered the serial key provided in the program without re-installing and then shortly after clicked on options > my account to create an account. The account I created does not recognise the 2-year subscription, is there a way to get the product and account to sync?
