I can log in and out of Zen perfectly fine, but when I use the same password to log into My AVG Account on a web browser, it says the password is incorrect.

I'm unable to login to AVG My Account. I am using the same login and password that I created when I purchased a one year subscription to AVG VPN, speaking of which, is also not loading on my Zen dashboard.
