The My Subscriptions page of My Account says that I do not have any subscriptions but I do have current AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1-year subscription) and VG TuneUp - Unlimited (1-year subscription). There used to be a facility to download both products on the My Subscriptions page but I can no longer do this. Any solutions please,
