Actually, I can not enter the e-mail address in my account to unsubscribe. E-mail does not find. What to do, how to be?

Собственно, не могу войти по адресу электронной почты в аккаунт что бы отменить подписку. Электронную почту не находит. Что делать, как быть?

We provide support in English only on this forum. Please note that, an AVG MyAccount is not created automatically for the email address you use to make a purchase or register for a free product. You will have to create an account manually. I see that you have not created an AVG MyAccount with the registered email address (exxxxxxx@gmail.com) yet, which is the reason you were not able to login.

I have successfully canceled the automatic renewal for your AVG PC TuneUp license and assure you will not be charged for the renewal.
