I called your customer support number for assistance and apparently got someone who works for IPC Helpdesk, I explained I was getting a pop-up every few minuites from internet security and ask what I could do to correct this I was immediately told there would be $149.99 Charge to join IPC Help desk so I agreed to pay if they would fix my computer and They did some checks and then the technician RESET my computer. I have spent three days trying to get my applications re installed and of course I lost my email files. If this company represents you I will take my business elsewhere, I am now trying to recovere my money from IPC but not having a lot of success.
