We truly regret for the inconvenience caused. Please follow the instructions to change the Firewall settings to check the status in order to make the Printer work : Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from Public to Private (If it is in Private, change it to Public).

To AVG, after so many years working fine with your products you manage to mess up everything with your latest upgrade. No network any more. AVG program decided to block everything. Can't apply friendly network in the program, even though it is in the setting, just block everything. 4 PC's, 7 network printers and I have to run them with AVG closed. You didn't even bother to retain the settings from the previous version. Please proceed with an update to allow user to have access to the setting as it was in all the previous versions. And don’t bother to respond by telling that is a problem is with the developer section. Work together!
