I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if your Sandboxie is working with enabled AVG Internet Security.

AVG did it's auto update today and now my browser protection program "Sandboxie" will not run. This is directly caused by the updated AVG because I did a system restore and Sandboxie worked fine but then updated AVG and it was again blocked from running.
