AVG no longer reading near as many files as before

Hmm, I tried a scan without it off to see if that was it.  Got around the same amount of files scanned but it was a lot slower, I'm ganna just trust that AVG is doing what its supposed to be doing and leave it at that.

So earlier this week I upgraded my AVG 2013 to 2014 and before I updated and during scans on the 2013 version it would scan anywhere 1.5-1.8 million files but now since i updated to 2014 the scans only scan around 300-450 thousand files.  Any idea why this is and should i be worried?
