Hello… a few things first so you can understand the current status.
1. After trouble shooting, AVG was found to be responsible for not letting me into my Router settings… not the Internet… just to my Router. A few checks on AVG's website and I followed the advice of uninstalling AVG (which then allowed me into my Router) and then tried to reinstall again.
2. On reinstalling AVG, it corrupts my Windows and I was then stuck in the P'PC is trying to repair itself blue screen loop'. Only way to fix this was to wipe Windows and everything that went along with it, fortunately I have all documents etc on different drives.
3. Finally back in and reinstall AVG with no hassle this time… Only to discover I no longer have my Premium protection… Can someone from AVG please get in touch and advise why this is so? I have had AVG for a couple of years (this time around… I had it for many years before) but my Premium is not showing. Help please?!
I have my Tune Up and VPN back, they appear fine.
