AVG non working

To resolve the issue, I suggest you to remove AVG traces using remover tool( http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe ). Please restart to complete the uninstalling process. After running AVG Remover, you may need to manually uninstall/delete any remaining AVG applications from 'Control panel' and also 'search' for a folder "AVG Remover"(usually in 'C' drive) and please delete it manually. And then I request you to install your program 'AVG Antivirus'(http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Antivirus_745.exe ). I have resent the license number to your registered email address. Please note that license numbers or product key is case sensitive. Please enter all the characters as it is mentioned in the email. All the characters are to be entered in Uppercase along with the hyphen symbol (-). Please follow these instructions and let us know the status. Thank you.

Hi,
using AVG Anti Virus I get the message the programm dosn't protect.
Updates are all loaded, web- and email are protected (shown at menu), computer and identity not.
the order to make a new start of computer I have done many times, but it does't change the limited protection wit the message "I'm not full protected". Using repair funcion does't change the limited protection.
What can I do ?
