In this regard, we'd suggest you to try repairing the AVG program once & restart the computer to check if it helps.
I renewed my subscription a couple of days ago and activated with product code - but after installation. nothing further happens to open up the program - I tried several times.
When I try to open the existing icon, again, nothing happens.
I received another email confirming renewal today.
I can open my account to the Security and Privacy centre, but nothing happens when I click, "scan my computer'. How do I get the program up and running again?
