AVG not changing the expiry date

I tried to log out of my account and received the following error

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times using the AVG remover and AVG cleaner tools with no success, I am running AVG on Windows XP SP3

Click on "My AVG-->My Subscriptions-->Log out".
Click on "Log in" and enter your ****@hotmail.com AVG my account credentials.
Check the status of subscription after 5 hours.

Please ignore this message and continue to logout from your AVG MyAccount. If the issue persists, then we need to collect error logs from your computer.

Let me know, if the issue persists after logging out and logging back to your AVG account from the interface.
