AVG Not deleting items in safe mode

I have ran avg in safe mode and these are the results.------------------------------------------------------------
Objects scanned     : 175978
Found infections    :  529
Found high severity :    1
Found med severity  :    0
Found info severity :  528
Fixed high severity :    1
Fixed med severity  :    0
Fixed info severity :    0
I ran avg in the normal mode and these items were not removed. How do I remove these item?
