I believe I found the actual cookie and have deleted it and have had no problems since.  If it recurs, I will contact again.

I mistakenly clicked on this site, and have now developed the popups from it.  AVG said threat averted but I continued to get popups.  I turned off its notifications in Chrome settings, but I want the whole thing off.  How do I remove it?
