I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Would you clarify if you are receiving this error message when you try to install AVG or when you try to open it after the application was installed? May I know if it is a free version or a trial version of AVG that you need help with?

when i install avg that's show
c:program files AVG\framework \common\ avguix.exe
the application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect.please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
