I have AVG AntiVirus 2015, paid version with latest definitions. It works ok and scans ok, but for a while now after scanning it goes to the page "Loading data … " however, it sticks here and does not load the detections or report. Have gone to control panel and used the repair feature but on rescan same problem.

Thanks cannot install because I have a truncated serial number copied to my clipboard,and I cannot find the original number which expires in Oct 2015, can you help please.
