AVG not loading

When I click  at bottom right of screen and Avg  has an !  over it. When I click on items says "you are not fully protected". When I click on "fix now" It says unable to fix and repair.  I  restarted the computer and same problem.  There is no option to click on "repair"  when I click on control panel, programmes  AVG.

i don't want to use computer without it working.    Thanks JAN.
