I am in the same boat! I was charged this morning, and I want to cancel. But AVG won't recognize the e-mail that they are sending me messages to!! What can I do, short of pursuing legal action?
Mine is doing the same I have an account as well jeffpeers1977@hotmail.com and avg is set up on all my other devices but now I'm using new phone and it does this like why pay for stuff if it wont let me use it
Had to sign in here using Facebook because the site doesn't recognize my email address. (w******@frontiernet.net) to which the renewal notice was sent. I am not currently using AVG products, and would like the charge for renewal reversed, please.

I have checked your account, you haven't created a AVG Myaccount yet. Please click this link AVG Account and create a Myaccount using the same email address and Password to manage your account.

Will cancelling my subscription stop me from getting any of the benefits of a fully active product as I have just made a payment for a renewal.
