My AVG PRO protection in Aus had gone from my pc. Called support and was connected to a tech in California USA. He put it back on then told me I needed a higher protection.I refused the offer . He then disconnected the AVG again .I reloaded it but it has gone on to former account and not the new one that was paid in Sept 2015.Order number37-601 9976.I am NOT pleased!!!
