AVG not recognizing I paid for subscription

Hi,

I just renewed AVG Internet Security 12/14/17 (Order number: 129432****). I followed directions, but didn't see my login on the interface. Instead, I was prompted to pay for a subscription I already paid for.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling AVG on my computers and am having the same issue. I keep getting prompted to pay for the service. Even logged on this site now, the interface still doesn't recognize my subscription.

I'm afraid I may be running on the trial version. Please advise.

From your account, I can see that you have AVG Ultimate (AVG Internet Security unlimited and AVG TuneUp unlimited), expires on 12/20/2019. I request you to open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > My Subscription > look for the expiry date and share a screenshot of the My Subscription page to assist you further.
