We could see that you have uninstalled the program many times.
However, we request you to run the clear and remover tool.
This will remove both the AVG programs from your computer.
Then perform a fresh installation and check for the issue again.

If you still face the same issue again, then we will collect the logs and escalate the case to our senior team.

Hi everyone!
I have AVG Ultimate 2020 running on Windows 10. When I try to open the desktop icon it simply doesn't respond (same applies to opening from the Windows toolbar). I have uninstalled/reinstalled and carried out the repair function, yet nothing happens. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
