AVG not responding

This will remove both the AVG programs from your computer.
Then perform a fresh installation and check for the issue again.

Hi everyone!
I have AVG Ultimate 2020 running on Windows 10. When I try to open the desktop icon it simply doesn't respond (same applies to opening from the Windows toolbar). I have uninstalled/reinstalled and carried out the repair function, yet nothing happens. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
