Hello Michael. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Please note that it is not recommended to run multiple anti virus programs at the same time. It may degrade your system performance and they might conflict with each other. I would request you to uninstall Malwarebytes and also consider uninstalling AVG and re installing it.

I installed avg protection and it's not responding. The zen window comes up but it says firewall not active. but when I click on the icon nothing happens. when I click on messages…it just keeps saying connecting… I have windows 7 and malwarebytes . The windows actions says I have no antivirus even though I loaded avg?
