AVG not responding

This isn't the experience we want you to have. We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the trial subscription.
However, as requested, we've cancelled the subscription (automatic renewal) of AVG Internet Security & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Hence, the license will not be renewed & will expire on Dec 29, 2019.
If you re-consider using AVG, please follow the below steps to check if it helps you to fix the scan stuck issue :
Open AVG Internet Security - Enter geek settings - Scroll to the bottom to find 'General' section - Below it, uncheck 'Check my browsers regularly for toolbars with bad user ratings'

Hi Sarah thank you for your email in answer to my problem today.

I am unable to get back to the original email.  so will start again,.

I have spent hour on this today.

I have uninstalled my trial avg internet security as you suggested due to it not working and me being unable to fix it.

I have down loaded anti virus free.  I have not activated avg security as it seems to me I would be committing myself to a years subscription which I have decided against.

I have tried to unsubscribe from my "My AVG Account" without success.  Would you please assist me with unsubscribing from this trial O /No 16008409110.  The payment would have been due 26 December 2019.   

Would you please ensure the cost will not be taken from my pay pal account.
