When I bring up AVG, display says "NO ACTIVE COMPONENTS." When I click on "UPDATE," error message says,"AN ERROR OCCURRED WHEN SAVING THE CONFIGURATION. CONNECTION IS OFF-LINE." How do I fix this? Thanks
