AVG 2015 on both my PC and laptop are experiencing the same issue.

Jamies, Just to add to Aravind's posting, in case you are using AVG Free Edition, use the update files from this webpage (http://free.avg.com/ww-en/download-update).

Hello Jamies. I understand how something like this can really try your patience. Could you please let me know what AVG product are you trying to update?

My AVG is not updating at all everytime I click 'Update Now' on the AVG icon. It comes up with an error message "An error occured when saving the configuration:Connection is offline" although my internet connection is on. I've tried to fix this a couple of times using related FAQ links and following the steps involved but still not getting any results. Has anyone ever encountered this before and know a way out? Thanks in advance.
