AVG Not Updating

Beginning 12/12/17 I have been unable to update viruses and receive program updates. The error is an HTTP: error I have seen numerous times in this forum. Could the latest update be the cause or is there something else? Have been a happy paying user for several years without problems for several years.

Did not. Tried to remove and reinstall. Reinstall failed 4 times. Now I am totally unprotected.

Alok, I had a long remote session yesterday. The remote tech took logs and said they would follow up with a senior engineer. No one has followed up with me. I have gone through Clear, Remove and reinstall TEN times. Unless you are a senior engineer I do not beleive another remote session wasting more of my valuable time will be worthwhile. Are you a Senior Engineer and have you seen my log files? Reference yesterday was #05782465

Failed Install Screenshot

I tried to run AVG Clear and it ran but did not complete and generated no error. Then I ran AVG Remover. Install still failed with same error message as above screenshot. I then tried to run clear in Safe Mode. Same result. Install failed

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I would suggest you to run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tool to remove traces of AVG completely and re install it.
