AVG not working

Using AVG free. It currently shows as my PC is not proctected. If I open up the dashboard and click "fix now" nothing happens. HELP!

Julia, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Please run AVG repair avgclick.me/RepairAVG from your computer control panel and check if that fix the issue.

Restart your computer and check the status.
