AVG on a multiple user windows 10 pc

Hello Alli,

We would like to check the message and proceed further.
Could you provide the screenshot of the message popup that appears from AVG?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have already activated my avg security on this machine in my own user account. This error message occurs in my guest user account. I have tried to activate avg internet security within the guest user account by logging into my account. This is unsuccessful - perhaps because I already have my one license in use. Will using the activation code instead be a good idea? I will try and see how I go.

Hi -  I think this should be a simple fix but I need some help getting there. I am successfully using AVG internet security and pc tuneup on my administrator account in windows 10, but my guest account is getting an error message at login. I've tried logging into my avg account on the guest login, but the message keeps popping up.

How can I make my avg products accessible to all users on my windows 10 pc?

Any help appreciated - thanks.

Hello Alli,

Thank you for the screenshot.
Are you trying to activate AVG Internet Security using your email address?
Have you tried with the activation code and checked the status?

Alli, have you activated the AVG Internet Security in your user account?

If you have installed and activated the AVG Internet security in the user account, you no need to activate the program in the Guest user account.
