You purchased AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp only for windows computer. This is why you're unable to download it on Android platforms. 
You do have AVG Secure VPN multi-device subscription and can be used across various platforms (windows PC, Mac, Android and iOS devices).
It looks like your program awaits activation. Refer here (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-Android-AVG-Secure-VPN) to activate AVG Secure VPN on your android tablet. We sent you an e-mail including the activation code and use the same for the product activation.

I have purchased AVG Internet Security, Tune Up and VPN protection and installed them on my PC.
I also wish to protect my Acer Tablet, I tried downloading the programmes using AVG My Subscription but was unable to open the downloaded files?

Please let us know the operating system of your Acer tablet such as Windows, Android, Chromebook, etc.
If not, let us know the model of your Acer tablet. Also, let us know what happens exactly while installing from AVG account.

My Acer is model B3-A40 Android Version 7
The files seem to download ok but for the Internet Security and Tuneup there doesn't seem to be an Android option?
For the VPN protection there is an Android option but after downloading it still won't open.
